Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers to the questions we get the most. No corporate fluff, no runaround. If your question isn't here, message us and we'll get back to you fast.

IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) streams your channels over your internet connection instead of a coaxial cable or satellite dish. You get live TV, on-demand movies, and series through an app on your device.

The big difference? You're not locked into a 12-month cable contract, you can watch on multiple devices, and you only pay for what you actually want. No bulky set-top box from a cable company either — just a lightweight app.

Yes. We operate as a licensed IPTV provider and distribute content through proper agreements. We don't rebroadcast stolen feeds or pirate streams. You can check our Terms of Service and content licensing details on our website.

If a provider can't tell you where their channels come from, that's your first red flag. We're transparent about it.

Pretty much anything with a screen and an internet connection. That includes:

  • Smart TVs (Samsung, LG, Sony, Vizio)
  • Amazon Fire Stick / Fire TV
  • Apple TV
  • Android TV boxes & Nvidia Shield
  • Chromecast
  • iOS (iPhone / iPad)
  • Android phones and tablets
  • Windows and Mac computers

If you're not sure your device is supported, hit us up on WhatsApp and we'll confirm in under 5 minutes.

  • HD (1080p): 10 Mbps minimum, 15 Mbps comfortable
  • 4K (2160p): 25 Mbps minimum
  • Multiple streams at once: 50 Mbps+

A wired Ethernet connection to your TV or streaming box will always give you the most stable picture, but a solid 5 GHz Wi-Fi signal works fine too. Avoid 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi for 4K if you can — it's not fast enough for consistent high-bitrate streams.

Yes. We offer a short free trial so you can test the channel lineup, check the stream quality on your own internet, and make sure the app works on your specific device before you spend a cent.

You won't be charged automatically. If something's off — buffering, missing channels, app glitch — you tell us during the trial and we sort it out. No pressure, no hidden auto-renewal.

Your plan determines the number of simultaneous streams. Our standard plan lets you watch on 1 device at a time, and our family plan supports 2 to 3 concurrent streams.

You can log into multiple devices, but only the listed number can play video at the same time. If you need more, just ask us about upgrading — it takes two minutes.

Yes, our channel lineup includes adult entertainment channels and VOD content. We take privacy seriously.

Here's what you can do:

  • Lock adult categories behind a PIN code
  • Hide them from the main menu entirely
  • Set up a separate profile on your Smart TV so family members only see approved channels

The parental controls are built into the app — you set it up once during installation and it stays locked. We also never log or share your viewing history.

HD (1080p) gives you a sharp, clear picture that looks great on most TVs up to 65 inches.

4K (2160p) is for larger screens (65 inches and up) and makes a noticeable difference on OLED and high-end LED panels. The 4K plan also tends to have a higher bitrate, which means fewer quality drops during fast-action scenes like sports.

If your TV is 4K-capable and your internet is 25 Mbps or above, we'd recommend it.

Work through this quickly:

  1. Run a speed test. If it's below what your plan requires, that's usually the issue.
  2. Restart your streaming device and your router.
  3. Try a different Wi-Fi band (switch to 5 GHz) or plug in via Ethernet.

If the problem persists, contact our support team on WhatsApp or through the contact page. We monitor our servers 24/7, and if it's on our end, we'll fix it or credit your account. You shouldn't have to sit through a frozen screen and say nothing.

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and a few other standard payment processors.

We don't ask for gift cards, cryptocurrency, or any untraceable payment method. If a site only takes Bitcoin or Steam cards, walk away. Our payments go through encrypted, PCI-compliant gateways, and your card details are never stored on our servers.

Yes. There are no long-term contracts locking you in. You can cancel through your account dashboard or by messaging us directly.

Your access continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for — we don't do mid-cycle charges. If you're not happy for any reason, just let us know. We'd rather fix the issue or part ways cleanly than keep a frustrated subscriber.

Yes. We use SSL encryption on our website and for all payment processing. We don't sell, share, or log your viewing history to third parties.

Your account is protected with a unique password, and we recommend using a password manager so you're not reusing the same login across every site. We also don't send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in. Your business is your business.

Absolutely. Our lineup covers live sports (football, basketball, tennis, F1, and more), 24/7 news channels, entertainment, documentaries, kids' programming, and international channels in multiple languages.

The exact list varies by region and plan, so check our channel list page or send us a message with the specific channels you're looking for. We'll confirm availability before you sign up.

We run our infrastructure on redundant servers with automatic failover, which keeps our uptime at 99.5% or higher. Scheduled maintenance (rare, usually a few minutes) is announced in advance.

If you ever experience an unplanned outage, our support team is notified in real time and we post updates. We'd rather be upfront about a 10-minute hiccup than pretend it didn't happen.

It takes about 10 minutes:

  1. Pick your plan and complete the checkout
  2. You'll get your login credentials instantly by email
  3. Download the app on your device (or follow our installation guide if you're setting up a Fire Stick or Smart TV for the first time)
  4. Enter your credentials and you're watching

If you get stuck at any step, our support team is available on WhatsApp and through the contact page. No phone calls required unless you want one.
